Check-In/Out Procedure
Your children are so precious, not only to you, but to us as well. As we continue to provide a safe and secure environment for our young ones, we’re reemphasizing our check-in/pick-up procedures.
- All children must be signed in by a parent or adult (18 yrs +).
- A "kid slip" is given to the parent/adult.
- This kid slip must be presented by a parent/adult to sign the child out after service. Children will not be released to minor siblings.
Missing Kid Slips
If the kid slip is misplaced, the class coordinator or Children's Pastor will assist you. Please have picture ID ready as they will need to verify it against the child's information card to ensure the child is being released to the proper adult.
KICK Information Cards
Every child regularly checked in to class has a KICK Information Card on file, and you will be asked to complete a new card each September. This annual update will help us confirm contact information and gives you a chance to share any details you feel would benefit your child's time with us. You may also update Information Cards throughout the year as necessary.
KICK Staff
As has been our procedure, KICK ministry staff wear name badges while on shift so they’re identifiable as someone authorized to work with our children.
